MASTER BATHROOM

- Total overhaul (new shower, sink, walls, floors, mirror)
- New door (to cut sound)
- Take out window frame
- Service panel needs to be sanded and repainted
- Noise coming from other flat needs to be lessened (there’s a service panel between the two condos)
- Add two ledges in shower area (one to hold shampoo and plants under window, one further down to sit on).
- Remove glass from Jay’s bathroom, add pane and glass door to this bathroom
- Take out all mirrors, retile, add one large mirror
