   Hey, I can see us sitting on that balcony, sipping green tea! (yaa right)

   It looks so niiiice without all those awful pots and with the gorgeous tile; you can start fresh!

   Yeah, I can just see us sipping ‘green tea’ too (hah!)

   There’s certainly a lot of tile, that’s for sure. I guess it means you and I are going to have to do a LOT of shopping when you get here.
