CONDO DETAILS

Living space: 183 sq metres

Thai Carvings (Design Element)

• On display unit in living room
• Down both sides of breakfast nook

PAINT

Notes:

• Cream walls throughout the house
• White built-ins
• All trim is to be white (except for below the breakfast nook)

NOBS

Notes:

• All nobs throughout the condo to be replaced with silver (kitchen, bedroom closets, etc)

SOCKET COVERS

Notes:

• All socket covers to be replaced with Panasonic silver

• Teak counter top to match kitchen cabinets and living room unit
• On living room side of nook, make facing level where possible
• On living room side of nook, wooden carvings on both sides of display
• Teak inside display cabinet

MASTER BEDROOM

Notes:

• Take off wallpaper
• Create storage across long wall
• Match existing storage front to new storage
• Make space behind bed into bookcase
• Take out large mirror
• Water source needs to be added outside front facing window
• Fix water damage above the small window in the bedroom
• Check water damage on the floor by the large window
• Add electric outlet between bathroom door and window

MASTER BATHROOM

Notes:

• Total overhaul (new shower, sink, walls, floors, mirror)
• New door (to cut sound)
• Take out window frame
• Service panel needs to be sanded and repainted
• Noise coming from other flat needs to be lessened (there’s a service panel between the two condos)
• Add two ledges in shower area (one to hold shampoo and plants under window, one further down to sit on).
• Remove glass from Jay’s bathroom, add pane and glass door to this bathroom
• Take out all mirrors, retile, add one large mirror
• Cabinet under sink stays
• Cream floors
